A fantastic 200+ bed hospital not far from Corona, CA is looking for a qualified Director of Case Management to join their team.

The chosen candidate will report to the CFO, and be in charge of Social Services and Discharge Planning.

 Requirements
  • CA RN
  • Bachelor's in Nursing or related field
  • 5 years' experience in Case Management
  • Previous director level experience in case management or related field
  • CCM preferred
