Job Description


The Mergis Group is seeking candidates who are interested in learning the mortgage industry. 

 

Responsibilities:

Will be responsible for taking loan application and updating loan status.  Will handle loan documentation and prepare files for underwriting approval.  Will prepare documents for closing and review documents for appropriate loan type.  Must have strong organization skills, detail orientation and the ability to work under pressure and meet daily deadlines.     

 
Job Requirements

Qualifications:

- Previous mortgage experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong PC proficiency with MS Office.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail

- Sense of urgency and follow up abilities
