 LOCATION MANAGER

31-W Insulation is a national, growing company.  We were founded in 1972 and have expanded  to over 40 stores in 12 states.

We are currently looking for an aggressive, goal oriented person to manage our location in the Tuscaloosa, AL area.  Management duties include leading a team of salespeople and installers, maintaining and accounting for company vehicles along with warehouse inventory, and to produce location profits on a month to month basis.

Ideal candidates will have Strong leadership abilities, Management skills, Sales experience, and a working knowledge of our primary product lines, consisting of Batt & Blow Insulation, Foam Insulation, Garage Doors and Fireplaces for both residential and light commercial projects.

Job Requirements

Location Manager Requirements:

  • Previous Management Experience is Required.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Good Driving Record.
  • DOT Physical Required Prior To Employment.
  • Ability to read plans and do take-offs.
  • Computer literate.
