If you have a high mechanical aptitude and have worked in the maintenance field, production, welding or fabrication this could be your answer to a long term career. No Experience Required! Your experience in other fields (construction, landscaping and other creative environments) will assist you in being considered for these GREAT opportunities! Work for us for 11 weeks with onversion to our client's payroll on your 1st day of your 12th week! Once converted you will be offerred full benefits at minimal cost, $100 sts allowance annually, immediate accrual to vacation and an hourly pay increase! Shifts available are 8:00 am to 6:30 pm, Mon -Thurs and 8:00 am to 4:30 pm on Friday. We also offer a third shift from 9:00 pm to d7:30 am (Sun- Weds) and 11:00 pm to 7:30 am (Thurs) You must be able to work a minimum of 8 hours overtime weekly. You will be required to weld and fabricate parts assigned and ensure all parts produced exceed the quality standards for the automotive industry.
