Job Description

MUST HAVE A 4 YEAR BACHELOR's DEGREE AND 5 YEARS OF DAIRY MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE


Ideal candidate will have excellent leadership, problem solving and organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal direction. Experience managing inventories and logistics is a plus. Must be self motivated results oriented leader who is customer focused with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Require at least 5 years of strong mechanical and operations management experience. Formal education in food science, engineering or management, preferred.  Experience in dairy manufacturing environment is required.

Job Requirements

To be considered for the exceptional career opportunity you must have at least the following:       


Education:
- BS Dairy, Food Science, electronics, mechanical, chemical, electrical, computerdisciplines or in related engineering
- Six Sigma Certified training and experience in Lean Manufacturing is preferred.

Experience:
- Minimum 5 years experience in high speed dairy food manufacturing

HACCP, GMP environment, FDA,, etc).
- Minimum 5 years experience IN food manufacturing and/or packaging

Directs the manufacturing operation through a team of functional managers and front line supervisors. Formulate, manage & achieve short and long-term operating objectives in areas such as safety & quality performance, cost management, efficiency improvements and overall customer service while promoting a culture of positive employee relations and continuous improvement.
