Job Description 


Position Focus

  • Oversight of patient care delivery for a PICU of approximately 30 beds.
  • Responsible for activities related to human resources, budgets & finance, regulatory compliance, patient safety and other administrative responsibilities.
  • There are 90+ FTE’s in the department and this position reports to a Director.


Organization & Community

Job Requirements 

Requirements

  • A RN is required.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree or BSN must be obtained within 12 months of employment.
  • At least two year of pediatric nursing experience is required along with management experience.
  • Salary will depend on college degree and years of experience.
  • Candidates should have excellent communication and problem solving skills.
