Job Description
Case Manager - RN - Care Coordination - Hospital
A local hospital is looking for a Case Manager for their Case management department. They only have MULTIPLE OPENINGS. This position requires at least 5 years of clinical nursing experience. You must be willing to adapt to an ever changing environment and work a flexible schedule. The health system is known for their excellent support system. Also, this position would be in either general case management or within the Emergency Department. They are flexible with doing with either 8hrs or 10hrs.
Must be familiar with Interqual and McKesson. The position requires a Registered nurse to have experience as a case manager in a HOSPITAL setting. If you have such experience and are looking for a new job, you may want to consider applying.
