Property Facilitator

Candidate would be required to perform janitorial, landscaping and general building maintenance duties of a 16,000sqft office building and grounds. This would include but not limited to, cleaning restrooms, vacuuming, dusting, mowing / blowing, tree trimming, handyman commercial/Industrial skills etc.


Must be able to communicate effectively both orally and written with on site as well as off site management along with possessing basic computer skills. Must be able to work around professional people and have a good attitude.
