Hofmann Services USA is looking for a qualified and highly motivated Account Manager.  Hofmann Services USA is headquartered in Atlanta, GA and has 5 Branches throughout the South East.  Our Parent Company has over 120 Branches in 5 Countries and currently has approximately 22,000 temporary employees.  The ideal candidate must be team oriented, self-reliant, extremely driven, and have familiarity in various markets as a sales/recruiting professional. Strong oral, written, and presentation skills are an absolute must. 

 

  • Develop relationships with prospective candidates and clients.
  • Manage a full-cycle desk of sales and recruiting.
  • Maintain existing relationships by scheduling client visits and staying aware of current or future needs
  • Recruit on 5 - 10 Permanent Openings at all times
  • Attend relative Networking Events on a regular basis in order to find new clients/candidates
  • Must possess the desire to want to move upward in a rapidly growing Organization

 

 Requirements
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years of Sales Experience in a Service related Industry. 
  • Excellent customer service, sales and relationship-building skills.
  • Must possess exceptional business acumen
  • Must have demonstrated experience in successfully identifying high caliber personnel for either internal or external clients
  • Comfortable speaking with different organziational levels from Skilled Laborers up to High Level Executives that make key decisions
  • The Ability to work on multiple Temp and Permanent Job Openings si.
  • A strong work ethic motivated by compensation and results.
  • The ability to stay organized, and prioritizes multiple tasks without compromising quality or service.
  • The ability to communicate effectively and efficiently through verbal and written correspondence.
  • The ability to work independently as well as on a team.
  • A positive attitude and team player mentality.
