Direct Marketing Manager

• Responsible for managing  marketing department’s data bases. 
• Responsible for coordinating tracking systems within the marketing department 
• Purchases outside mailing lists consisting of individuals within marketing’s targeted markets 
• Prepares monthly reports as necessary
• Conducts statistical analyses of all direct mail pieces, response rates, etc. 
• Provides financial data as necessary to complete program evaluations 
• Gathers and selects sources of information to determine market characteristics, measurements of market potentials, market share analysis and sales analysis 
• Conducts analysis of present and potential markets for new and existing  products or services 
• Assists in planning marketing strategies and objectives 
• Participates in new market research and design programs 
• Participates in designing customer surveys to obtain marketing information about organization products and services 
• Prepares monthly reports as necessary 
• Manages the administrative support function for the department including, membership in community organizations, and general marketing department office management functions 
• Manages various marketing fulfillment duties and systems including direct mail, packages, letters, brochures and other sales literature 
• Provides excellent guest relations 
• Strives to improve team member relations 
• Supports and assists in any other departmental functions or areas of responsibility as needs are determined by the Marketing Director.

• High school diploma or GED required; 
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. 
• 2-3 years Database Marketing experience or comparable.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, tracking sytems, and postal software.
• Must be highly organized, strong analytical skills and detail-oriented.
• Able to handle multiple projects effectively.
• Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.
