Compensation:  $75,000.00 to $125,000.00 per year

Are you a public accountant with experience working with midstream energy clients, or a controller for a midstream energy company and ready to make an exciting career change?

My client, an owner and operator of natural gas gathering, transportation, and distribution systems is looking to add a Controller to their management team. Recent growth and future projections have resulted in the need to have more management on the Accounting/Finance team. I am looking for a controller with at least 4 years of experience working directly with midstream energy companies. The ideal candidate will need to have at least 4 years of public accounting experience, CPA, a MLP (Master Limited Partnership) background, SEC reporting, and system conversion/implementation experience. It will also be helpful for the candidate to have exposure to partnership tax an familiarity with bank credit agreements. The target salary for this position goes up to $125,000 plus potential equity and great benefits.
