Job Description

Position:     Senior Electrical Designer


Reports to:     Engineering Manager


Position Summary:     Responsible for complete advanced design of larger electrical projects for Project Managers under the supervision of a registered Professional Engineer.


REVIT & BIM Experience

 

PROJECTS: Commercial - High-Rise Multi Family Residential


Essential Job Functions:

  • Design of larger electrical projects from initiation to 100% CD.
  • Coordinate Designer assistance to support projects
  • Provide coordination with all applicable codes
  • Complete short circuit, voltage drop, Coordination, load and demand calculations

 



 

 

 

 

 

 





Job Requirements

Minimum Job Requirements:

REVIT & BIM Experience

  • BSEE. 
  • 5-7 years design of larger electrical projects.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD . Intermediate MS Word & Excel
  • Knowledge of Engineering codes and ordinances including Title 24.
Broad knowledge and experience with power and lighting design.
