Job Description
We are seeking a Professional Engineer to direct the electrical engineering team for the company. The candidate must have expert level knowledge of electrical engineering as it pertains to building systems for the commercial and institutional building industries and a proven track record of leadership skills.
Being a motivational and inspirational leader to a team of electrical engineers and designers in our Omaha headquarters and throughout our remote offices
Oversight of all projects including resource allocation, design budget control, scheduling and timelines
Working knowledge of the technical and regulatory codes, standards and best practices in the building design industry
Talent management including career planning, employee evaluations and salary/bonus review for the electrical department
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Architectural Engineering
PE License
Proficiency in AutoCAD and other technical software systems
10 years of relevant experience in the building systems engineering industry
Experience managing multiple projects and teams
Familiarity with drawing, permitting, and regulatory requirements
