White Oak of Tryon is designed as a continuing care retirement community with the concept of offering a full continuum of care for retirement living including independent living apartments, assisted living and skilled nursing care.

White Oak of Tryon’s Nursing Center is a 70 bed licensed nursing facility staffed 24 hours a day with healthcare professionals. We provide home-like surroundings to help your loved one adjust as quickly as possible to their new surroundings. Nursing care is provided by Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants 24-hours a day. The interdisciplinary team develops an appropriate plan of care for each resident in coordination with the physicians’ orders. The service of White Oak is much more than caring for immediate physical or medical needs. Through understanding, compassion, professionalism and respect, the facility staff strives to enhance the quality of life for each resident.

Tryon is located in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains of Western North Carolina and is one of the top five retirement areas in the country. The Asheville, NC and Greenville, SC airports, each less than an hour away, serve the Tryon area as do the easily accessible interstates. White Oak Village is within minutes of the local hospital, churches, golf courses, beautiful parks and is within walking distance of downtown Tryon.
