After 25 years of growth, we have a dynamic network of franchise owners in the U.S. and abroad who are truly dedicated to the provision of quality home care. Paul set the vision for compassion and care for all people who needed home care services. The vision has now been realized as literally thousands of people receive the quality care they deserve. Mr. Sauer's daughter, Leann Reynolds, now leads Homewatch International as the company's first female President.

The Homewatch International Executive Team

At Homewatch International, the same commitment to caring that is conveyed by each of our caregivers is also prevalent among the Executive Team which guards the overall mission of the company. They are charged with ensuring that Homewatch CareGivers provides the highest quality care, while anticipating and meeting the needs of a rapidly changing demographic. Collectively, the Executive Team possesses 68 years of health care and 43 years of home care experience. Each member of this team has the instincts of integrity, compassion, and leadership to guide the company’s mission, vision and values.
