Quality Assurance

To ensure the best on-going care for your loved one, our quality assurance team makes scheduled and unscheduled visits to the home while the caregiver is present to evaluate the following:

  • Level of assistance provided,
  • changing needs of the client and the caregiver’s adaptation to those changes,
  • relationship between the caregiver and the client.
