    The Passport division (www.passporthealth.com) – The Patient
    Access Experts – helps improve workflow efficiency, reduce denied claims and
    increase revenue. The Passport eCare™ Suites include solutions for orders,
    scheduling, patient demographic and insurance verification, compliance and
    managing patient payments.

    The HealthWorks division provides physician order screening
    software and services. HealthWorks’ OrderChecker™ solution – The Next
    Generation in Clinical Revenue Protection – validates outpatient diagnosis and
    procedure codes to ensure compliance with payer-specific reimbursement
    requirements.

    The Nebo Systems division (www.nebo.com) offers a suite of claims management solutions
    and services to improve claims accuracy, connect directly to payers and
    clearinghouses, monitor claims status and reconcile insurer payments.

    The Stat Technologies division (www.statschedules.com) optimizes patient
    care coordination with its enterprise-wide, web based suite of
    solutions including outpatient scheduling, inpatient scheduling, patient portal,
    surgery management, bed management, and patient transport.
