Specialty Recruiting
Temporary Staffing:

To deliver high-quality care and protect their patients, Medical & Science firms must maintain a constant level of personnel for both their day and night shifts. Our Clients are increasingly facing difficulties meeting this responsibility. We work with them to identify and plan for both their long-term and short-term staffing requirements. This will include finding the right professional when they need someone to replace a sick or injured employee, or when they need to cover an employee on vacation. In several of our countries we offer 24hour delivery to respond to any urgent needs.

Permanent Placement:

Globally, we know there is a shortage of skilled professionals in the fields of Medical and Science. Because of our worldwide network and our years of experience in selecting and recruiting the right candidate, we offer a number of services in the area of permanent placement including, in several countries, our programs to import competences coming from aboard.

Secondment:

To meet our Clients requirements to retain flexibility in their workforce or to cover short-term needs, we can also find the right professional capable of working a contract over a longer time frame, approximately one to six months in duration.

Outsourcing:
