Overview

Integrated Project Management (IPM) is a project management consulting firm dedicated to completing clients’ most complex projects. Our professional project managers work on-site and bring a fresh and objective perspective to each opportunity.

As a leader in project management, IPM’s experience is broad and deep. We work with life science, agriscience & nutrition, consumer products, and industrial companies to tackle projects critical to their business success. Our areas of expertise include product development, business process improvement, technology transfer, regulatory and quality compliance and alliance management. We apply project management best practices to consistently drive measurable results.

Founded in Chicago in 1988, we’ve since opened three additional offices: San Francisco, Boston, and St. Louis. We’ve served over 250 clients on nearly 3,500 projects globally.

Over the years, IPM has received several awards recognizing our company excellence and dedication to culture. Recently, we’ve been the recipient of the American Business Ethics Award, Best Small and Medium Workplaces by Great Place to Work Institute, Inc. 5000 fastest growing private companies nationwide, and the BBB Marketplace Ethics Award.

We look for dedicated, hardworking people who have a passion for quality and service. Learn more about the IPM community at www.ipmcinc.com/careers.

Culture

IPM gives back to the communities we live in through a program called Integrated Project Mercy. Started by one of our employees, Project Mercy is one way we can live the ideals outlined in Our Mission & Beliefs. It gives us the opportunity to strengthen our relationships with each other while donating time to others. Every quarter a new overall theme is chosen and a representative from each office selects a receiving organization, generally focusing on children, education, or the homeless. Through these efforts, IPM employees have raised thousands of dollars while contributing hundreds of hours to help those in need.

People

It’s not a software or product that makes IPM a successful project management consulting firm. It’s our people. Without dedicated and driven leaders, we wouldn’t be able to help our clients achieve their goals. Many of our employees hold a master’s or doctoral degree, and the majority of project managers are PMP-certified and have Six Sigma certification.

Regardless of background, all IPM employees share a deep commitment to our clients and a passion for excellence.
