We place a great deal of value in our management teams understanding of our business structure from the ground up. Because of this, every member of our organization begins as an entry-level account representative- where they commence an intensive training process focused on teaching the fundamentals of direct sales and self-management. Here we emphasize effective communication skills with business customers, time and priority management, interpersonal skills, personal finance management, and value identification. In order for someone to effectively lead others, they must first be able to manage and lead themselves.

Upon completion of the initial phase of our training process, we move future managers into the account executive position to begin training in more of a leadership capacity. Here one begins developing skills in the areas of campaign management, advanced priority management, principles in leadership and leadership development, sales training, business and organizational psychology, public speaking, and administrative duties. Once we have determined that someone can effectively lead by example in both sales and leadership capacities, they are promoted to the assistant management role to begin training in business and organizational management.

The assistant management role is a dress rehearsal for managing and leading an entire expansion office. Here one spends time at business seminars, Franklin Covey priority management classes, finance courses, and leadership development training conferences. Assistant managers are trained in all areas of administration, human resources, recruiting, marketing, reading financial statements, event coordination, leading organizational meetings, and the development of market expansion plans. Once competent in all areas of training, we look at location logistics and campaign needs and are able to open a new market.

As a manager one is responsible for all aspects of business finance, accounting, payroll, advertising, recruiting, administrative duties, business and leadership development and overall operations. Our managers are given full reign of setting and achieving business performance standards while meeting and exceeding all client expectations.

Truly effective leaders do not rely on a title of management to lead others. Our mangers remain focused on serving those under them, creating a fun, professional and integrity driven environment, and leading through trust and respect. Every member of our management team has been through, been led, and has led every phase of our business. As a result, we are able to integrate and synergize all aspects of our organization in order to move towards the common goal of living our mission statement, and making a hugely positive mark on the world.
