Our Lifecare Program
Our residences can be leased, however, independent living residents can opt for our Lifecare program. Should a need arise for assisted living or skilled nursing care, residents covered under our Lifecare program pay the same monthly fee for additional services that they pay for their independent living home, with only an additional charge for extra meals and ancillary items.
