Attorneys at Jackson Lewis have extensive opportunities to work directly with and gain the trust of partners, including at the earliest stages in their career. For example, we typically assign only two or three attorneys and one paralegal to litigation matters. This means junior associates are involved in all aspects of the case from day one.
