In late 2009, the company began implementing its M&A strategy, and by late 2010, completed three successful transactions. We have researched over 40 M&A targets and are currently working on future transactions that will provide financial, managerial, strategic and philosophical synergies, enabling us to best serve our growing national clientele. We serve our clients from corporate headquarters in Charlotte, NC and offices in Winston-Salem, NC, Kansas City, Los Angeles and San Diego.
