That's why our interviews go beyond simply reviewing your resume with you. As part of the CM Access process, we ask about your education, experience and goals (for both life and work). We review your portfolio, evaluate writing samples, and talk in-depth about your management style, work habits, and the strengths and special capabilities you have to offer. We also provide career counseling and resume consultation services. We will discuss fees, confidentiality, and legal issues.

We will treat you with respect, consideration, and discretion at all times. Our work centers around the marketing of your skills, the management of fees and salary negotiations, as well as billing and payroll services. Most important, we always attempt to find a thoughtful and appropriate match for both parties.
