Our family of companies include ten Lexington Health Care Centers, the Lexington Square Senior Residences, and Merit Home Health, Hospice and Private Duty Services. Lexington Health Network is Chicagoland’s leader in the provision of sub-acute and rehabilitative services, specialty care programs, long-term skilled, memory and dementia care, assisted living and independent living, home health care, hospice, and private care services.
