What Are Employee Network Groups? Currently, Citi has African Heritage, Asian Heritage, Hispanic, Pride (a network focused on lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender issues), Working Parents, and Women's networks in the U.S. Chapters of these networks are being formed or expanded at Citi locations throughout the country and additional networks may be formed as employees express an interest in doing so. Our network program is being expanded to other countries as well. In London, Citi has Pride, Roots (a network focused on multi-cultural issues), Working Parents and Women's networks.
