When we founded Amotec as an executive search firm in 2000, we knew that the number one factor for any company to succeed and grow was being able to identify and attract the top talent in their fields. We began with the overarching guide of Recruiting with Integrity because it’s the culture we want for Amotec, and it’s what we know provides the best results for our clients. Much has happened in the past 12 years as we have all experienced economic downturns and technological explosions. To meet the needs of our clients we increased our business to include integrated staffing solutions, providing professional and hourly temporary contractors.

2000
Amotec Inc. founded in December 2000.

2001
Executive Search offices open in Westlake, OH (a suburb of Cleveland).
Led by Founding President Carmine Izzo, the initial staff focused exclusively on providing clients Executive Search solutions.

2003
Amotec opens Amotec Staffing division to meet client needs for professional contract and temporary staffing.
By offering a full spectrum of talent placement, Amotec forms more comprehensive partnerships and lays the groundwork for tremendous growth.

2006
Amotec receives the Weatherhead 100 Award, ranking 19th out of the 100 fastest growing companies in Northeast Ohio.

2007
Growth continues.
Named to the INC5000 list of America’s fastest growing privately held companies in the nation. Receives 2007 NEO Success Award recognizing Northeast Ohio’s top performing companies.

2008
Amotec opens offices in Toledo and Nashville. Corporate headquarters move to downtown Cleveland.
Named to the INC5000 list of America’s fastest growing privately held companies in the nation.
Receives 2008 NEO Success Award recognizing Northeast Ohio’s top performing companies.

2009
Amotec acquires Damar Staffing of Cleveland.
Amotec receives the Weatherhead 100 Award again, ranking 43rd out of the 100 fastest growing companies in Northeast Ohio.
Again named to the INC5000 list of America’s fastest growing privately held companies. Receives 2009 NEO Success Award recognizing Northeast Ohio’s top performing companies.

2010
Once again Amotec is named to the IINC5000 list of America’s fastest growing privately held companies.

2011
Amotec opens office in Dayton/Cincinnati area.
Amotec acquires Mars Employment of Mayfieild Heights and opens Amotec’s Cleveland- East office.
Weatherhead 100 again awards Amotec as one of the fastest growing companies in Northeast Ohio, ranking 56th overall.
Amotec named to Inavero’s 2011 Best of Staffing Talent list, recognizing staffing and recruiting firms who provide an exceptional experience for the talent they help find jobs..

2012
Amotec renovates sixth floor offices of Bradley Building in downtown Cleveland to provide state-of-the-art facilities for staff and training.
