When we founded Amotec as an executive search firm in 2000, we knew that the number one factor for any company to succeed and grow was being able to identify and attract the top talent in their fields. We began with the overarching guide of Recruiting with Integrity because it’s the culture we want for Amotec, and it’s what we know provides the best results for our clients. Amotec’s staff is not only the top recruiters in our industry, but also a team of professionals that truly provide integrity in all aspects of our search process. Much has happened in the past 12 years as we have all experienced economic downturns and technological explosions. To meet the needs of our clients we increased our business to include integrated staffing solutions, providing professional and hourly temporary contractors.

We’ve invested in the leading technology to research and attract new candidates. We employ social media and career websites to communicate with local and international talent. But in maintaining our commitment to integrity, we are still making personal contact every day with the most qualified candidates to meet our clients’ needs.
