When it comes to training, we don't think there's such a thing as "too much." We teach at least two pre-licensing courses every month. These courses are offered to anyone interested in starting a career in real estate, or just getting more knowledge about the largest single purchase in most people's life.
After someone gets licensed, it's time for more training! An intensive, two week Jump Start course gets you rolling followed by two more courses to get you through the intermediate level and on to advanced training topics. While you are getting all this training, you are also working as an active agent. Back in the office, our new associates have a mentor to help them through the learning curve during their first six months. Our experienced associates also receive training in new technology, changes in the law or financing, selling new homes, and other continuing education topics required for license renewal.
The strongest single asset of Champion is our people. We have a group of the best and brightest sales associates who have ever worked together. From 18 years old to eighty. From as diverse an assortment of backgrounds as you could imagine. And every one of them is a true Champion.
