Our 102 bed nursing facility is comitted to providing outstanding quality health care, while respecting our residents' individuality. Personal needs, both medical and emotional, are our top priority. We want residents to feel positive about themselves.

Wadsworth Glen offers long term care, respite and rehabilitative care, consisting of short-term stays are also important services we provide. Heritage Commons, an apartment complex located on our grounds, is also available. It is designed for adults who can live independently, yet desire special supportive services.
