Atlantic Detroit Diesel-Allison, LLC (Atlantic DDA) is engaged in the sale and servicing of diesel and alternative fuel engines, transmissions and related components, parts and accessories, for equipment serving various On-Highway and Off-Highway markets. Those markets include medium- and heavy-duty trucks, buses and coaches, fire and emergency vehicles, power generation systems, marine propulsion and support equipment (commercial and pleasure-craft), and construction and industrial equipment.

As an authorized distributor for products and parts manufactured, sold and warranted by Detroit Diesel®, Allison Transmission®, MTU®, Carrier Transicold® and others, Atlantic DDA is able to provide the end-users of those leading brands with premier service, up-to-date technical support and genuine parts for the represented products used in their vehicles, vessels and equipment. With seven service locations in our area of operation, we serve a wide range of customers directly and indirectly through a network of authorized dealers.

Our customers include: trucking companies, municipalities, transit authorities, bus companies, owner operators, ferry and commercial vessel operators, pleasure-craft owners, financial institutions, hospitals, and many others.

Atlantic DDA sells and services a full line of Detroit Diesel, Mercedes-Benz and MTU engines and the versatile automatic transmissions offered by the Allison Transmission Division of General Motors Corporation. Operating in the metropolitan region and environs surrounding New York City, Atlantic DDA is the authorized distributor for the above-named off-highway and on-highway products in Northern New Jersey, the five boroughs of NYC, Long Island, Eastern New York State, Western Massachusetts, Vermont and Connecticut. With eight locations, 100 service vehicles, over 200 skilled technicians, and more than$15 million of complete, replacement parts inventory, Atlantic DDA is ready and able to keep your trucks on the road, your buses in service, your vehicles on schedule and your generators and other industrial equipment at peak operating power.

In addition to providing top quality engines and transmissions, Atlantic DDA also specializes in providing standby and peak shaving generator sets and associated equipment through its Atlantic Power Systems division. Featuring DDC/MTU Power Generation products, Atlantic Power Systems has total mechanical and electrical capability to both custom design and fabricate power generation equipment suitable for financial centers, communication centers, hospitals or back up power for your home.

Products
Atlantic DDA Power Systems division has the power to keep you going. Atlantic Detroit Diesel Allison offers complete power packages ranging to 20 megawatts to fulfill the needs of standby, co-generation, black start, peak shaving and prime systems. Each system is designed, fabricated and tested to insure rated performance and dependability. We provide switchgear and controls to match the diesel-generating unit. Atlantic Power systems also offers a full line of rental equipment. Diesel and natural gas are available on request. All of our units are serviced by professional technicians, anywhere in the world.

If you own a vehicle or equipment with a Detroit Diesel, Mercedes-Benz or MTU engine or an Allison Automatic Transmission, Atlantic DDA offers complete diagnostic and repair services at all seven of its service centers. Factory trained technicians are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to keep downtime to a minimum. Atlantic DDA's $15-million computerized inventory serves our dealers and customers needs with over 94% availability.
