Benefits
Peoplelink Industrial and Clerical Employees Benefits Program Overview of Benefits Peoplelink realizes that benefits are an important factor for employees entering into a new job. We realize that our employees are valuable assets and want to provide them with the peace of mind having various, affordable, benefits can bring. A brief overview of the benefits available to our industrial and clerical workforce is below; specific details and/or enrollment materials may be obtained through the Peoplelink office near you. GROUP MEDICAL* Medical insurance is available to our employees and eligible dependents immediately upon hire. There is no waiting period to enroll. There is a $15 co-pay on office visits for in-network Doctors' Fees. Eligible in-network, inpatient services are covered by the Plan at 50% after satisfaction of a $200 deductible, up to a maximum of $7,500. GROUP DENTAL* Dental insurance is available to our employees and eligible dependents immediately upon hire. There is no waiting period to enroll. Employees may use any dentist they choose and the Plan will pay up to $500 per year after satisfaction of a $50 deductible. VISION COVERAGE* Vision coverage is available to our employees and their eligible dependents immediately upon hire. There is no waiting period to enroll. The Plan will reimburse participants $25 for an eye exam once every 12 months. TERM LIFE INSURANCE* Term Life Insurance is available to our employees and their eligible dependents immediately upon hire. There is no waiting period to enroll. The Plan pays $20,000 of term life coverage for covered employees along with a matching $20,000 accidental death benefit. 401(K) PROFIT SHARING PLAN All employees are eligible to make voluntary contributions to the 401K Profit Sharing Plan immediately upon hire and are eligible for potential company matches after 1 year (consecutive 12-month period working 1,000 hours) of service. SECTION 125 (pre-tax deductions) All deductions for medical, dental, vision, term life insurance and 401K contributions will be withheld from the employee's pay on a pre-tax basis. SHORT TERM DISABILITY COVERAGE* Short Term Disability coverage is available to our employees. There is no waiting period to enroll. The Plan will pay weekly benefits for up to 6 months while a covered employee is disabled.
