Transportation Onsite Manager

We are looking for someone with strong organizational skills, great customer service and excellent communication skills to succeed in this fast paced environment. Ideal candidate will have the ability to multi task and work well independently.   This position will include but is not limited to:

•           Perform orientations, process, road test and counsel associates/candidates

•           Perform Background checks, reference checks, and I-9 verification

•           Manage timekeeping and reports

•           Process and enter applications into system

•           Safety walk through and employee training

•           Collect timecards/prepare payroll documents

•           Process workers comp claims and accident investigations

Requirements for Transportation On Site Manager

•           Perform orientations, recruit, and interview, place, and counsel associates

•           Hold Class A CDL - No More than 2 Moving Violations in the past 3yrs

•           Perform Background checks, reference checks, and I-9 verification

•           Manage timekeeping and reports in Jantek

•           Process and enter applications in the system

•           Safety walk through and employee training

•           Process workers comp claims and accident investigations

•           Work in a warehouse setting

•           Must be able to work Flexible hours Mon-Fri  (40hrs)

•           Trucking Operational and or previous Management experience strongly preferred

•           Must have excellent customer service and administrative skills

•           Must have good organizational and time management skills

•           Must be able to effectively communicate with contacts at all levels ranging from  production  workers to upper management.

•           Must have reliable transportation
