Staff Development Coordinator
Job Description

To direct all in-service educational programs throughout the facility in accordance with federal, state, and local regulation as well as our facility policies and procedures.  Will also be responsible the infection control monitoring and education in the facility.





Job Requirements
  • Must have a valid RN or LPN license in good standing with the state of KY or multi-state
  • Past experience in direct patient care is preferred
  • Computer skills in include Point Click Care (PCC) for electronic medical records
  • Good communication skills and ability to interact with other staff and families
  • Ability to Multitask in a fast paced work environment
  • A able to follow and understand all applicable policies and procedures, federal and state regulations

We are a 128 skilled nursing with an excellent survey history and the dersired location for Short Term Rehab. Our Facility offers the largest quanity or Private rooms and a 24 hour dining program. We are seeking Parttime or Fulltime positions and the facility also offers a Weekend Baylor program.
