Rapidly growing Atlanta employee benefits firm has an Account Manager and a Lead Consultant position available. Candidates for both positions must have a Bachelor degree and 5 to 10 years experience in the following areas: benefits, human resources, consulting, underwriting or account management, with at least 3 to 5 years specific employee benefits consulting experience. Account Manager will have direct experience in implementing and managing custom employee benefit plan across all lines of employee benefit coverage for large group employers that can thrive in a fast pace environment. Successful candidates will possess effective leadership skills, be detail and task oriented, problem solver, highly organized and have a solid work ethic. Lead Consultant will be responsible for the oversight of 5 to 8 client accounts, must be able to develop, implement and oversee high level strategies for employee benefit solutions that serve the best interests of the clients' long-term goals.
Successful candidates will have excellent presentation and public speaking skills, strong interpersonal and written communication skills, ability to converse with all levels in a corporate structure, progressive problem solver, proficient in Microsoft Office suite, and working knowledge of Mac operating system. Candidates who have CEBS designation and/or training are highly desirable!
