MMCC seeks a seasoned commercial mortgage broker for our office in Tampa.  We’re on pace to surpass last year’s total number of transactions (100+) and sales volume, and many of these transactions will arrive without financing arranged.  MMCC mortgage brokers contend for these deals, as well as prospect for deals in the market at large.  All MMCC mortgage brokers have total fee discretion.  Our successful producers enjoy a salaried position and a compensation plan free of traditional earnings constraints.

The qualified mortgage broker will be a degreed professional with at least five years of relevant financing experience with commercial real estate transactions, especially multifamily transactions.  Intermediate skills with MS Office are required.  This is a great opportunity for an independent mortgage broker to align with an industry leader and greatly increase the scale and scope of his business.
