As a Farmers Insurance Agency Owner, you’ll find that selling the Insurance policy is the driving force in your agency but your role will also be that of a Risk Manager - helping to protect people’s assets. Most people spend a lifetime of hard work accumulating the equity in their home and contents, their vehicles and savings. Your role is to protect families from catastrophic loss and get them back where they belong when losses happen. You will be in the business of providing security and peace of mind in the form of Farmers Insurance products and customer service.

Salary and Compensation
The Farmers Insurance program offers a salary of $36K + Commissions your first year, and $48K + Commissions year 2, plus uncapped income potential. Many of our new Agents earn $45,000 to $70,000 in 1st year income, and over $100K 2nd year.
