Job Description
Sales Executive - New Home Sales
A great opportunity to learn and grow with one of the area's largest home providers! Selling over 700 homes per year, Centennial Homes offers many opportunities for growth and career advancement. You'll be working with an award-winning team that has an impressive track record of over 40 years of continued growth and profitability.
If you have sales ability and drive, we provide the training, the leadership and selling system that will give you the ability to earn an income that far exceeds average.
Requirements
:
Must be highly driven for success and have an extreme desire to win.
Must understand that selling is a process and not an event. We are searching for experienced salespeople who have a true understanding of the selling profession.
Ability to grow in a business environment and proceed to the next level of responsibility.
Ability to sell with a high degree of integrity with the full understanding that selling is something you do for and with someone, not to them.
Past New Home Sales is NOT required. You must have 1-2 years as a selling professional. You do NOT need a real estate license to hold this position.
