SPRINTS #1 Retailer iMobile is looking for qualified Repair Technicians in the Concord Mall
Duties include but are not limited to:
* Troubleshoot and repair various cell phone models
* Work with customers to relieve their concerns
* Process phones for repair or replacement
* Help the sales team with technical questions
* Display professionalism and an energetic and positive attitude
* Assist new and existing customers with the purchase, service and repair wireless products
* Provide exceptional customer service
* Work in a fast-paced environment in a self-motivated, disciplined and enthusiastic manner
* Process all paperwork according to company policy
* Other duties as required
* 1+ years of technical repair service experience
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Age 18 and over
* Strong computer skills
* Available for a flexible retail work schedule that includes evenings, weekends and holidays
* Experience using business machines
* Pass a criminal background check
* Extreamly organized
