POSITION:
Reporting to the Plant Manager, this person is responsible for all production in a 24/7 nonunion food plant. Responsible for a handful of Supervisors and Leads, and 100+ total employees. Coach and develop the Supervisors. Lead the department to identify opportunities for process improvements.
