We have immediate openings for an Account Managers/Collections personnel to join our team at our Soon To Open NEW STORE location in New Philadelphia, OH. These positions are accountable for managing a group of customer accounts and achieving established levels of revenue and collection rates. The AM (Account Manager) must take direction from his or her Manager on late customers so that control can be maintained over the late account (customers) while at the same time provides a high level of customer service.
The AM will manage the paperwork associated with the customer accounts and may also deliver and retrieve products from the homes of customers who choose not to renew the agreement.
