OPCs are sales professionals who are the first impression of our guests staying off property has about Holiday Inn Club Vacations. OPCs offer guests the opportunity to tour with Holiday Inn Club Vacations during their current stay, return on a mini vacation to tour or offer theme park tickets. The other services the OPC provides are: reservations, directions, information and superb guest relations. As an OPC, you are the Orange Lake ambassador in the lobby of our partnered hotels. As an OPC, you are the Representative- setting up reservations for guests who will have the opportunity to change their vacation lifestyle habits forever, for the better. The OPC will provide the highest level of service while being professional.
Detailed Description
- Assisting hotel guest with planning their vacation while on site.
