Job Description
Schumacher Group is seeking home based Registered Nurses for our Care Management Division. These clinicians will join an elite group of Care Management Specialists performing complex medical record reviews. The ideal candidate has 3+ years clinical experience in a hospital setting, is energetic and flexible, and possesses strong communication skills (verbal / written). Proficiency with technology, InterQual, Utilization Review and Case Management required.

Job Requirements
Educational and/or Professional Qualifications:
Registered Nurse – graduated from a qualified program of nursing, possesses an active RN license and is in good standing with State Board of Nursing.
Extensive clinical experience, 3 years required.
Current knowledge in Case Management and InterQual required.
Other Special Training/Skills:
High level of organizational skills and priority setting
Critical thinking skills
Highly developed communication skills
Ability to function independently during case reviews
Ability to successfully complete IRR certification
