Job Description
Payroll Specialist
That’s Good HR is currently conducting a search for our client, a large growing company, to fill a Payroll Specialist position.
In general, the Payroll Specialist positions we support will also consist of some or all of the following responsibilities:
· Preparation and entry of bi-weekly payroll for up to 1000+ employees
· Track and enter all garnishments and other special payroll deductions
· Assist with benefit plan compliance testing · Establish/maintain employee records · Benefit administration, open enrollment, changes/additions · Audit benefit invoices, serve as main contact with benefit providers · Employee relations as it relates to payroll and benefits

Payroll Specialist Job Requirements
· 2-5 years experience working in Payroll Specialist Role
· Strong computer skills and proficiency with the MS Office Suite & ADP or other ERP Systems · Excellent customer service with both internal and external customers
· Must be detail oriented, accurate, and organized
· Strong work ethic and positive attitude
