Dawson Is Seeking Maintenance Techs in the Groveport Area
**3rd Shifts Available**
Primary Functions:
- Carries out preventative maintenance program for all material handling equipment, mechanical devices, including maintenance records and preventive maintenance checklists
- Perform general welding, mechanical and electrical maintenance
- Disassembles machines and repairs and replaces broken parts
- Keeps work area clean; observes all safety procedures
Essentials:
- Two years experience in general maintenance that has provided training in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and plumbing skills.
- HVAC experience
- Forklift repair experience
- Mechanical and Electrical aptitude
- Welding experience
- Understand OSHA safety requirements for LO/TO, Hazard Communication, etc…
- Excellent critical thinking and trouble shooting skills
- Ability to read and follow blueprints and schematics
- Some weekend work required
