Our upscale, friendly cafes feature freshly baked breads and pastries. We serve made to order soups, salads and sandwiches as well as specialty espresso beverages. Assistant Managers supervise up to 40 staff members to ensure a top quality service experience for our guests. As a Restaurant Manager at Panera Bread you would be responsible for providing outstanding leadership to your team. You should be passionate about the industry, inspiring others, coaching, counseling, creating a profitable environment, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Our Associate Managers must maintain high standards of restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and facility management. At Panera Bread, warmth is our business. It's what we do best. We are a growing franchise market located in North Orange County that offers stability, opportunity for advancement as well as a great environment, training and benefits. There are currently 8 cafes in our market and we have plans to open an additional 5 within our territory.
Positions are currently available in Fullerton, La Habra, Brea, Seal Beach, Westminster, Huntington Beach, Santa Ana and Costa Mesa.
Must be 18 years of age or older,
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays.
Must have the "run it like you own it" mentality.
