Outside Sales

31-W Insulation Company, a leader in the field of installed building products in Middletown, OH is currently recruiting for a result driven Outside Sales Associate with construction sales experience. This position involves meeting with General Contractors, Custom Home Builders, Commercial Construction Contractors, and Home Owners to sell our product line and services. Responsibilities also include market analysis, educating and training customers about the company’s product features and benefits, services, prices and other key distinguishing characteristics in the marketplace.

Successful candidates must have a proven track record in creating new business through various channels (retail, distribution, consumer direct, etc.) and have strong presentation skills. Experience in retrofit construction, building supplies sales, or home energy efficiency services required. Entrepreneurial spirit is important.

The compensation is commission with a weekly draw.


Products to be sold:

 
    Insulation
    Foam Insulation
    Garage Doors 
    Fireplaces
    Shelving 
    Mirrors 
    Bath and Door Hardware

Sales Experience In The Above Products Is a plus.

 

Knowledge Of The Building Trade Is A Plus.

Job Requirements

Outside Sales Requirements:

  • 2 Years Construction Sales Experience
  • DOT Physical and Card.
  • Valid Driver's License & Clean Driving Record.
  • Minimum 21 Years Old.
  • Should be computer literate.
  • Blueprint Reading Skills a Plus!
