Job Description


Leading Consulting firm located in Chicago Loop seeks a Manager's Assistant to join their team.  This individual will be the main support to a handful of managers. 

Responsibilities of the Manager's Assistant

  • Scheduling all meetings
  • Coordinating travel arrangements
  • Editing and creating correspondence
  • Communicating with clients
  • Putting together PowerPoint slideshows
  • All additional administrative duties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations




Job Requirements


Requirements of the Manager's Assistant

  • Must have at least 1-3 years administrative experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required
  • Great multi-tasking skills
  • Can do attitude
  • Customer service oriented
