Job Description


RN CASE MANAGERS - PART-TIME & PER DIEM

RN Case Managers needed due to rapid growth in our home health agency in Morganfield, KY.   Part-Time and   Per Diem field positions requiring local travel to patient's homes. These position are responsible for the planning, coordinating and delivery of quality skilled services. Facilitates communication and coordination of care between clients, families, caregivers, physicians and other service providers as necessary.

Assures current and accurate clinical records in compliance with documentation requirements and program specific rules for coverage and qualifying criteria.

Intrepid USA offers terrific per visit rates and mileage.

Intrepid USA has 80 home health agencies in 21 different states and growing. We recognize our staff for the significant contributions they make to the lives of our patients every day. Job Requirements

Current KY RN license and 1 year clinical experience required.

1 year of Clinical experience is required. Auto liability insurance with current unrestricted drivers license as position does require home visits.

Home Health experience is required.
