Job Description 

OCCUPATIONAL THERAPISTS / OT / OTR

PHYSICAL THERAPISTS / PT

HOME CARE / HOME HEALTH
 

 

We are currently looking for Occupational Therapists and Physical Therapists to support our homecare clients in Chester County.  The patient population includes anywhere from adult, pediatric, geriatric, orthopedic and post-surgical.

Some of your daily job functions may include:

- Provide initial and ongoing assessments to determine level of functioning.
- Provide therapeutic treatments.
- Provide care to patients of all ages.
- Provide coordination of services with other members of the clinical team.
- Perform evaluation of equipment needs as applicable.
- Display proficiency in all medical documention styles. 

Keep in mind that as a GHR Home Health OT or PT, you would be providing important therapy in the patient's natural environment: an in-home setting within the community.

Job Requirements 

OCCUPATIONAL THERAPISTS / OTR / OT

PHYSICAL THERAPISTS / PT

HOME CARE / HOME HEALTH


* Active OT or PT license in the state of Pennsylvania.
* Minimum of one year post-graduate experience.
* Solid work history.
* Excellent organizational skills.
* Current CPR certification.
* Physical Exam and two-step PPD or chest x-ray within the last year.
* Three professional therapy references.
* Valid driver's license.
* Highly reliable transportation.

* Must pass a company-paid Criminal Background Check and drug screening.
